• All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, scent strength, or appearance may occur.
   
• Product photos are for reference only — colors may appear different due to screen settings.
   
• Each product will include its own warning and care label; please read and follow these before use.
   

• Processing time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.
   
• Shipping carriers: USPS or UPS (ground shipping only). Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are outside my control.
   
• Local pickup: To be determined.
   
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
   

I accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
All prices are in USD.

• Due to the nature of my products I am not offering returns/refunds at this time. All sales are final! Certain exceptions can be made.

• Custom/bulk orders: Require a non-refundable deposit. If supplies have not yet been purchased or the order has not been started, the deposit may be refunded.

• Damaged items: Photo proof is required within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

• Process: please contact me at madeby.selenab@gmail.com or (434)-316-8566 for return questions and eligibility.

• Process of refund: back to original payment method after return is accepted and received. 

• Some products may contain coconut, soy, shea butter, cocoa butter, sunflower seed oil, aloe, grapeseed oil, tree nuts and fruit in fragrances or flavor oils.
   
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient lists and avoiding items containing allergens.
   
• For mystery items, customers with allergies should contact me before purchase to request allergen-free options when possible.
   
• All Purpose Cleaners, Diffusers and Room Sprays are not skin safe — avoid prolonged or direct skin contact.
   
• Items are intended for adult use and are not recommended for small children or pets.

• Most of my items are either Paraben, Phthalate and/or Cruelty free and are labeled as such depending on their ingredients. Wax Melts are also Paraffin and Palm Free.

• Wax melts, incense, and similar items should be used according to included safety instructions and never left unattended while in use.
   
• The customer is responsible for safe usage of all products after delivery.
   

• All designs, photos, and artwork are the property of Handmade By Selena B.
   
• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute my art or product designs without written consent and appropriate credit/payment.
   

• I am not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of my products.
   
• By purchasing, the customer assumes all responsibility for safe handling and use.
   

I may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website.
