• All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, scent strength, or appearance may occur.
   
• Product photos are for reference only — colors may appear different due to screen settings.
   
• Each product will include its own warning and care label; please read and follow these before use.
   

• Processing time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.
   
• Shipping carriers: USPS or UPS (ground shipping only). Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are outside my control.
   
• Local pickup: Available weekly at Hometown Finds in Lynchburg Va 24502 when possible.
   
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
   

I accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
All prices are in USD.

• Customers have 30 days after delivery confirmation to request a return or refund.
   
• Items must be at least 75% unused and returned in original condition.
   
• Non-returnable items:

• Custom/bulk orders: Require a non-refundable deposit. If supplies have not yet been purchased or the order has not been started, the deposit may be refunded.
   
• Damaged items: Photo proof is required within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
   
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
   

• Some products may contain coconut, soy, shea butter, cocoa butter, tree nuts, fruit in fragrances or flavor oils.
   
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient lists and avoiding items containing allergens.
   
• For mystery items, customers with allergies should contact me before purchase to request allergen-free options when possible.
   
• Diffusers are not skin safe — avoid direct skin contact.
   
• Items are intended for adult use and are not recommended for small children or pets.
   
• Jewelry & crochet items may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard; keep out of reach of children and pets.
   
• Earrings are hypoallergenic, but customers should use their best judgment based on personal sensitivity.
   

• Wax melts, incense, and similar items should be used according to included safety instructions and never left unattended while in use.
   
• The customer is responsible for safe usage of all products after delivery.
   

• All designs, photos, and artwork are the property of Handmade By Selena B..
   
• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute my art or product designs without written consent and appropriate credit/payment.
   

• I am not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of my products.
   
• By purchasing, the customer assumes all responsibility for safe handling and use.
